Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. Lavender Cottage is a well equipped modern cottage situated on an award winning holiday complex 'The Bay', located on the outskirts of Filey. The cottage has a south facing patio, which backs on to a communal garden space. The site has several on site facilities such as a public house, tennis court, archery, complementary access to swimming pool and gym, and has direct access to a pet friendly beach. There is no designated parking on the site but there is plenty located around the cottage.
