Location! Mid-century A-frame 12 min walk to lifts

A one minute drive to Hunter Mountain base lodge or a 12 minute walk! Situated on a quiet dead end street and only 1/4 mile from where the lifts are. There are no homes on the opposite side of the street creating an open view to the river valley. You can often hear the river running. It functions like a 2-family house because it has a lower unit in the basement. There are two bedrooms plus a loft area with a convertible couch. We have kept many of the original mid-century features intact.

At the end your days adventures come home to a blue stone fire pit and make smores under the Catskill stars! The infrared sauna will melt away any stress!

Great 70’s vibes!This ski chalet will transport you back to the 70’s with our vintage orange couch and paintings of the era. Warm and charming, private surrounded by woods, you will be away from it all. Cozy up to the large stone fireplace and look out at the tree tops. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 baths, one with a Swedish sauna. All this and only a 10 minute walk or half mile drive to Hunter Ski Resort for festivals, skiing, snowboarding and more!
