This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! The Lodge-Modern House & garden 10 mins to beach

The 2 floor guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to a separate main house (built 1852). The grd floor has 2 bedrooms along with a bathroom/wc. The 1st floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with high ceilings & opens up onto the garden & decking area equipped with a hot tub/jacuzzi and a BBQ. The 3rd bedroom is a compact loft room with 2 single beds (accessed via ladder so not suitable for young children). This is not an airbnb for parties or loud gatherings.

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.
