A stay here provides the perfect location to explore the Kent coast and all that the location offers. Visit the Giraffes at Port Lympne Safari Park or the Battle of Britain Memorial Museum, or many of the events in the growing art and music scene or simply relax in one of the many local cafés by the beach and soak up the sun along the promenade.

The Lodge-Modern House/Garden/Hot Tub/Beach nearby

The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you should require. Situated in the small town of Hythe it’s a short walk to shops pubs and restaurants . The accommodation Sleeps up to four with a double bed and large day bed . Facilities include wet room sleeping/living and kitchen facilities. There is Also a small outside seating area which has a barbecue and pull out washing line . Sandling train station is close by Connecting to Ashford/Dover/London Dover castle within ten miles

Cosy, comfortable & bright house with great sea views. Nestled away in the quiet area of upper Seabrook, yet only a few minutes walk to the beach. Newly decorated with contemporary, stylish furnishings offering you all your home from home comforts. There's also a good sized, totally enclosed rear garden along with a lovely front patio area with wonderful sea-views, perfect for those summer evening sundowners! There's plenty of off-street parking and storage for bikes etc in a small garage.

With three golf courses just a short drive away, this home has everything for the perfect staycation.

Delightful 2 bedroom bungalow + sofa bed in lounge, with front & back garden, decking area, summer house, gas BBQ, private parking, and disabled access. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a shower with a handrail, and shower stool. There is plenty to do in the local area with the Royal Military Canal, Port Lympne zoo, Folkestone Harbour Arm, and the beaches of Hythe and Dymchurch all close by.

No 2 Cobden Road is the first in a row of 4 period cottages with direct pedestrian access to the beach 200 yards away. Hythe hosts a long pebble beach which stretches to Folkestone with stunning views of the English Channel. 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. Free wifi and smart TV. Lovely countryside and beach walks and free use of 2 bicycles. The garden is private, though the cottage next door is granted access through if needed

Alwyne House, Hythe, Kent.

Alwyne is within easy walking distance to the seafront and town centre. With two bedrooms this is an ideal house for couples or families. Hythe is a pretty town where you can spend your day at the beach, walk or row a boat along the Royal Military Canal, or take a ride on the worlds smallest railway to nearby Dymchurch, Romney Marsh or Dungeness. Waitrose and Sainsbury’s serve the town and the High Street is full of charming shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants.

Our top floor apartment is situated right on the seafront. Triple windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea. Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Relax in the lounge and take in the sea views or prepare a delicious meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The much-loved farmhouse table comfortably sits 6. Fast wifi and virgin TV, a large collection of DVD titles.

Tiggers House, Honeypot Farm

Tiggers house is a luxury detached 2 bedroom cottage with incredible views to the sea ( can see France on a clear day). 2 superking beds can be split to twin 3ft beds, large open plan living area , 2 bathrooms , private gardens and decking area set on a beautiful farm. 1km to Port Lympne safari park , public footpath from farm to the Hythe Canal, short 10 min drive to beach at Dymchurch, amazing views, Lympne castle 2km , Hythe 10 mins Hot tub

Cosy Garden Cottage with sea views

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.
