El apartamento cuenta con acceso independiente y está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida, al igual que el baño. Disfruta de un ambiente diáfano que combina estilo y funcionalidad, con una cama doble cómoda, un armario amplio para todas tus pertenencias y un sofá cama ideal para visitas adicionales. Relájate en el sofá o disfruta de tus comidas en la mesa de comedor, perfecta tanto para cenas íntimas como para trabajar remotamente. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar tus platos favoritos, desde una moderna placa de cocina hasta utensilios esenciales. El baño es amplio y está adaptado para personas con movilidad reduida. Nuestro baño es no solo espacioso sino también *adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida, asegurando una estancia cómoda y sin barreras*. Esta vivienda se alquila exclusivamente para estancias temporales conforme a la normativa vigente en Madrid. No es una vivienda de uso turístico. El alquiler está destinado a personas que necesiten alojamiento por motivos laborales, académicos, sanitarios u otras razones personales justificadas y distintas de uso turístico. Para formalizar la reserva, será necesario firmar un contrato de arrendamiento de temporada y aportar documentación que acredite el motivo de la estancia. Cuando llegues al piso, te recibiré en persona. Si, por cualquier motivo, no pudiera hacerlo, le ofreceré la opción de un auto check-in. El check-in libre tiene lugar de 16:00h a 18:00h. El check-in después de las 18:00h y hasta las 21:00h tendrá un cargo adicional de 20€ a pagar por el huésped en el momento de la entrega de llaves. Check-in después de las 21:00h y hasta las 23:00h tendrá un cargo adicional de 30€ a pagar por el huésped en el momento de la entrega de llaves. Tenemos la opción de auto check-in durante estas horas y es gratuito. El horario de check-in es hasta las 23h de la noche, tal y como se indica en las normas de la casa. Si por circunstancias ajenas a nosotros (retrasos de vuelos, etc.) llegáis después de las 23h, os puedo ofrecer la opción de que alguien os reciba en persona (no hay posibilidad de auto check-in y el check-in debe ser en persona) y en este caso, tendréis que abonar 35€ en el momento de la entrega de llaves. De 01h a 02h, 50 euros. Después de las 02h NO es posible alojarse en el piso. Ofrecemos early check-in y late check-out sin cargo, sujeto a disponibilidad en el apartamento. El check-in hasta las 23:00h está garantizado, y la disponibilidad después de esa hora se puede comprobar. El huésped será responsable del coste del servicio de cerrajería en caso de pérdida u olvido de llaves dentro del piso (150€ a pagar al cerrajero antes de abrir el piso). Tenga en cuenta que para las reservas de ÚLTIMA HORA no se puede ofrecer que esté listo para la hora de entrada programada. Las fiestas y reuniones ruidosas están estrictamente prohibidas. Las camas y toallas están preparadas para el número de personas indicado en la reserva. No está permitido alojar a más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Apague las luces y el aire acondicionado antes de abandonar el piso. Deja la casa ordenada antes de irte. Sé respetuoso con la casa, espero lo mejor de ti. Una vez confirmada la reserva, solicitaré una copia de todos los pasaportes o documentos de identidad de todos los huéspedes. La no presentación de los mismos será motivo de cancelación de la reserva. DE ACUERDO CON LA LEGISLACIÓN ESPAÑOLA, TODOS LOS HUÉSPEDES QUE SE ALOJEN EN UN APARTAMENTO ESTÁN OBLIGADOS A PRESENTAR UN DOCUMENTO DE IDENTIDAD (CARNÉ DE IDENTIDAD O PASAPORTE) Y A FIRMAR EL FORMULARIO DE REGISTRO DE HUÉSPEDES DE LA POLICÍA NACIONAL. EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE ESTA OBLIGACIÓN NOS DARÁ DERECHO A CANCELAR LA RESERVA SIN INDEMNIZACIÓN ALGUNA PARA EL CLIENTE. En caso de que olvide alguna pertenencia en el alojamiento, es responsabilidad suya hacerse cargo de ella. Aunque nos comprometemos a guardarlas durante un periodo de tiempo limitado, deberá enviar a alguien en su nombre a recogerlas. Es importante que nos notifique la pérdida de sus pertenencias y que le informemos de que serán recogidas en un lugar distinto del alojamiento.
