This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

In a modern built coastal town near Mount Athos, with an important historical and cultural heritage, called Ierissos, the seat of Aristoteles Municipality and one of the most beautiful and picturesque places in Chalkidiki, we chose to build lovely high quality studios which will give our guests the opportunity to experience a holiday with luxury and coziness. Distance: 1 min on foot to taxi station, bus station, 1 min on foot to supermarket, bakery, greengrocer's and pharmacy and 10 min by car to the city center and 20 min to the airport.

Public transportation to the airport, beaches, center of Thessaloniki. There are many close by beaches that you can go swimming (10-15 min by bus). There is a super market in 10 minutes walking distance from the house! The room has a double bed and a sofa-bed.
