Cottage is walking distance to Indiana Beach, Tippecanoe Country Club golf course, putt putt, arcade and basketball courts. Sorry but no pets and no parties. Cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Unique tranquil get away. Built in 1931 is a very authentic rustic cabin , full of love and gives you a feeling of what it would be like to live in 1931 yet a few luxuries for todays world. The cabin is small & cozy, queen size bed in bedroom, full size sofa bed , 2 small futons in loft that would sleep 2 kids. Sleep 6 if 2 of guest were kids or young teens . Close by Madam Carroll ,Indiana Beach, Summer Beach House beach & Tall Timbers. 27 miles to Purdue !

We have our personal electric boat lifts you can use when renting the house. 65ft of shore front that is exclusive and private to abnb renters for laying out and swimming.
