'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Comfy and Spacious 2 Bdrm Home- Perfect Location

Welcome to the beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood. Centrally located in Seattle, its easy to get to all the fun attractions but still quiet, relaxing and safe. Very spacious and fully stocked, at 1300 sq feet there is more than enough room for a couples retreat or small groups and families. Take a nice stroll up the hill to the shops in Queen Anne or a 5 minute uber to Ballard, Fremont and more. And don't forget to catch the sunsets from the porch. They are spectacular! James's Queen Anne guest house

Inspired by the show Tiny House Nation, I thought it would be fun to convert my small detached garage into my vision of a comfortable and modern living space with all the amenities. It's approx. 210 sq ft or 11 x 19 ft but has the feel of a much larger place . We are located in an amazing spot on the top of Queen Anne. Macrina's Bakery is just 100 ft along with the #2 Metro bus to take you downtown in just 10 minutes. We feel lucky to live in such a beautiful neighborhood!

This cozy studio in the heart of Upper Queen Anne is located close to all the must-see places and activities in the Seattle area. The neighborhood is very walkable and the studio has an abundance of day light. Trader Joe's, Safeway, and many restaurants are within a five minute walk. One of the most breathtaking views of Seattle, Kerry Park, is a 10 minute walk. The cozy studio HVAC (heating & air conditioning) has its own unit and it is not shared with any other spaces.
