Crovie sits at the bottom of a cliff on the Moray Firth coast, and is one of the best preserved fishing villages in Scotland. No.30 sits midway along the village overlooking the pier and the sea. Comfortable living room with box bed for lazy reading, open fire for cozy evenings and extendable dining table for meals overlooking the sea. The well equipped kitchen also has a breakfast table. Close to beaches, golf courses, museums, nature reserves and the castle and whisky trail situated directly on the NE250 driving route.

The property is double glazed with underfloor heating throughout, has 2 en-suite bedrooms both with double beds & a bathroom with a shower. There’s a living room / kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, & tv. It also has a convertible sofa chair / bed which can be used for the 5th guest. All bedding, towels & a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & toiletries come as standard. There’s free WiFi throughout & plenty parking in the courtyard area outside.
