Our pod is nestled within the small crofting village of Mellon Charles, overlooking Loch Ewe, only 3 miles off the popular NC500 route. The village of Aultbea is 2 miles away where the Aultbea hotel serves food and refreshments, further restaurants, pubs and all other amenities & activities can also be found in the nearby villages of Laide, Poolewe and Gairloch

The property is for a minimum of 3 nights. Perfect base for relaxing. A few minutes to the shore and 30 mins walk along to peaceful beaches. Jetty nearby which you can drive down to and take your own kayaks there too.

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. Per Mare Per Terram is a cosy cabin that boasts breath taking views of Loch Broom and the surrounding Munros. Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. Secluded Highland Retreat

Our new pod is on a sole occupancy site in the village of Inverasdale, on the NC500 route. This secluded spot is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with endless options for beach walks, wild swimming, walking, climbing and Munro bagging. Poolewe is a 10 minute drive away and has a local shop, Gairloch is a further 10 minutes and has all other amenities that might be required. There is an outdoor seating area, firepit and BBQ available for guests to use.

Rose Cottage - Coastal, Rural & Cosy! NC500

Situated in North West Scottish Highlands approximately 80 miles from Inverness, in a beautiful and tranquil setting, 10 minutes walk from the local beach and a short drive to Mellon Udrigle a sensationally beautiful beach. It is a good area for walkers of all abilities. There is ample parking for two cars and a there is a garden with tables and chairs and a barbeque. Dogs accommodated, but there are sheep around so they must be kept under control.
