There are endless activities right outside your door: Hiking, swimming, bicycling, skiing, etc. Close to natural hot springs, close to golf courses, Panorama Resort, etc. Endless privacy - off the grid with propane stove and hot water tank and quiet inverter for power. The location makes it a great place for peaceful mornings, fun filled days, and a quiet place to retreat to once you're ready to wind down. We live upstairs along with a 7 yr old kid and a 2 yr old Golden Retriever

Direct access to Windermere lake via our private dock for boating, swimming or fishing off the dock. We also have paddle boards and kayaks for guests to use.

Winter fun includes skiing at the Fairmont Ski Resort or Panorama Ski Resort in Invermere, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or skating on Windermere Lake.
