Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

Enjoy the lake views from the comfort of your own 1,000 square foot cottage. The Guest Cottage is located off of the main channel with 235 feet of shoreline! Spend your time indoors, outdoors, in the lake, on the beach or in the canoe - something for everyone! Come visit us and enjoy a bit of "Lake Life!"
