If you're looking for a place to kick back and relax in style look no further. Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

The Lake House

Year-round home in the lakeside Summerville neighborhood. Bring your coffee/wine to the beach to view gorgeous sunrise and sunsets! Entertain on the private 18'X21' backyard deck with grill/fire pit. Perfect for summer and winter vacations, friends get-away, fishing trips with summer/ice fishing on the bay within a few minute drive. Shopping, waterfront, restaurants, hiking/biking trails are all within walking distance. Lake/beach access, playground and sledding hill within a one minute walk.

It's centrally located only 2 miles to downtown area, 2.5 miles to Park Ave/East Ave popular area, close to 590 Highway which gets you anywhere you need to go in Rochester. One bathroom has a shower which is upstairs and the downstairs bathroom is a soaking tub only with no shower.
