Shops, pub and restaurants are within walking distance. This apartment is in a typical TENEMENT BUILDING Central to the small town of Rothesay, Isle of Bute, Scotland. A beautiful little Island on the West Coast of Scotland with Magnificent Scenery, Golf, Fishing, Walking, Swimming, etc. The apartment is almost beachfront and a short 3 minute walk to beautiful woodland walks. PLEASE BE AWARE THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 4TH FLOOR with views of the sea. From the kitchen window you can watch the ferries coming in. Perfect for a short break.

Our small, ground floor, one bedroom flat is situated off the main road in the seaside village of Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute. As a family we have been coming on holiday here all our lives and welcome you to use our holiday home. The island is a really lovely place with plenty to explore and do, the house itself features a double bed and bunk bed to the rear and to the front you have a kitchen/living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. On street parking is never a problem.

In an excellent seafront location with great views over the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran and Ailsa Craig. It is 1.5miles, 2.4km from Royal Troon Golf Club. The flat has been fully refurbished. It has a modern equipped kitchen and bathroom, and is heated with a Combi-Boiler. There is FibreOptic WIFI available throughout the flat, and linked Fire/Smoke/Heat alarms.

Within a 5 -10 min walk you will find the Arran ferry terminal, Ardrossan Marina, Ardrossan Castle, Restaurants, bars and an Asda supermarket. Within a 20-25min walk you will find a cinema, bowling ally, children’s soft play, large skate park, 9 hole golf course, swimming pool and ice rink. Wonderful beach and Marina walks..

Small but lovely flat with beautiful Loch view

Small but lovely one bedroom first floor flat in the beautiful village of Lochwinnoch with views of Castle Semple Loch. The flat can accommodate 4 people as the sofa pulls out to a sofa bed but the flat is small so please bear this in mind when booking. We are happy to accept pets but only small dogs please.
