The main floor features four bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en-suite), a brand new, fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher and instant coffee maker, and a large living room with a fireplace and fiber optic internet. The semi-basement includes a sitting room/bedroom, another full bathroom, and a laundry room. A children's playground, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, are just 100 meters away.
