We are located 400 yards from Lincolnville Beach, 2 miles from Mt. Battie State park, 4 miles from downtown Camden, and 12 miles from Belfast. This 1830 cape is for rent by the month or weekly or for a two-night minimum stay. It is located at the edge of the historic village of Waldoboro. It offers a convenient base to sightseeing in midcoast Maine. It’s old-fashioned, decorated with plants, antiques and paintings and features a large, fully equipped kitchen, music room with piano, television room with pull-out sofa, full bath with stall shower and outside patio. Your hosts are right across the driveway.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Short drive to concerts, shopping, hospitals, skiing, the coast- you name it! It's all just a short drive away. This adorable cape sits on one acre of beautiful land, complete with fruit trees and gorgeous flowers. The house, built in 1910, has the character of an old house, but was recently lovingly restored. The original wide pine floors can still be found in the two bedrooms on the second floor.
