This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

It's ideal for quiet getaways with family and friends, reading or writing retreats, or exploring Central PA, and is a 30 minute drive from State College and Penn State University. This house is not a good fit for loud gatherings, but perfect for a peaceful, quiet group.
