Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Stugan ligger nära huvudbyggnaden och har egen balkong med sjöutsikt. Vackra omgivningar och nära till sjön med badplats ca 100 m . På gården finns hund och under sommartid får.
