This is a Christian home, located equal distance from Springfield, MO and Branson, with 30 minutes either direction. We are about 5 miles from Trail Springs mountain bike park. We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The cottage is separate but is on a hilltop next to an 8,000 square foot home. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

Please read thoroughly: Bike to Two Rivers Mountain Bike Park for a morning ride or relax in a comfortable space after a late evening at Greenhouse Two Rivers. Our place is perfectly situated between the two! This newly constructed private retreat space is conveniently located between between Springfield and Branson. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck overlooking the woods, book a blacksmithing or enameling class with us, or use our place as a base while you explore Springfield or Branson.
