Semua kamar mandi dengan air panas. Handuk, amenities, mesin cuci dan setrika tersedia. Ada microwave, rice cooker, bbq grill pan, alat masak/makan. Fasilitas Netflix, TV Kabel, dan Wifi gratis. Carport bisa parkir untuk 2 mobil (luas 5 x 6m). Tinggi maximal mobil untuk bisa masuk Portal kompleks rumah adalah 2.4 meter.
