Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

On the mezzanine with TV corner there is the possibility to create 2 sleeping places. Proxy Delhaize and public transport within walking distance.

Week-ends : min 2 nuits Semaine : possible de louer pour 1 nuit.

La chambre est vraiment cosy, douche à l'italienne,WC et kitchenette, le tout entièrement privé. (surface complète=25 m²). Piscine privée à partager avec nous en saison.

Cuisine équipé, TV, lecteur DVD, internet... Situé à 100 mètres des transports en commun, restaurants, supermarchés, boulangeries... Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite
