The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Westwood, Kansas is 2 miles from the Country Club Plaza.

Located in the heart of Lenexa, this property backs up to the woods to give you a quite and serene feel. It's a great location with walking trails and several restaurants less than a mile away. Guests occupy the lower level of this property with a private entry behind the main house. The guest space has 2 bedrooms, spacious living area, full bathroom, and is complete with a kitchenette. There are 2 shuttle services that will take you to the game during the world cup. Both are within 2.9 miles.

Home of Gratitude has two televisions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It has a microwave oven, an electric stove, and a refrigerator. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
