Little Green Cottage

The Little Green Cottage is located on the University of Central Missouri campus just south of the library. Our family’s two bedroom, one bath home features new king size beds and a new queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub-style shower. Each bedroom is fitted with blackout curtains. Our laundry room has a washer and dryer, and its exterior door leads to the hog-fenced backyard. Dogs are welcome with an added pet fee. The gravel drive provides plenty of parking.

Our modern cabins come complete with a full kitchen, a full bath, 3 separate sleeping areas and a living area to relax in. We have A/C, heat, WiFi and cable TV. We are located in the country and sometimes the wifi doesn't always work. The loft areas are only 5 feet high so you have to stay low while using the lofts. The campground includes our bulk food store, DutchValleyWarrensburg store on the premises for all your shopping needs. EV chargers available also. Pets are not allowed.

This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. Designed by our son George, The Kit turned into a family project, and became our favorite! This small cabin includes a comfy queen bed (linens included), bathroom with toilet, shower, and space-saving sinklet. Living area has A/C and heat, two recliners, plus kitchenette with minifridge, microwave, dishes, silverware. Located in our family-run campground--when you rent this cabin you also get access to the clubhouse with laundry, playground, trails, and creek!
