A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. The rental is above our garage and set back from our house. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean and a path to walk down to the shore. We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, banks, church, and a 30 minute drive to Yarmouth or a 2.5 hour drive to Halifax. Sunsets are free.
