Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Access to the property is either on Church St via public right of way churchyard or from the beach. Garden with a raised deck giving sea views.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Sunnyside Lodge is a fully self-contained property with a private entrance and off-road parking located 1.4 miles from Weymouth town centre. The property has been converted to a holiday let, decorated to a crisp, clean and comfortable finish. The property comes with access to high speed WiFi, Sky Q and is fully fitted with fire alarms and a CO2 alarm. The location provides excellent transport links to surrounding local attractions including The Jurassic Coast - a World Heritage Site.

Win Place is a 1 bedroom cottage in the beautiful rural village of Winfrith Newburgh. This converted holiday cottage is cosy and spacious with modern facilities. Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.
