There are more than 13 eateries all within 5 minutes drive away. A private walkway down to the beach. Plus the best Ice Cream shop within walking distance! Perfect location to explore the Far North.

Stand alone sunny one-off tiny home with tongue and groove flooring and veranda. Positioned between the main house and garage with adjacent parking. Generous bathroom with gas hot water. Well appointed kitchenette with all the basics but no oven. Help yourself to lemons and fresh greens from the garden. BBQ and fish filleting table available by request. Old Fashioned Stunner

Original, Kiwi, 50's family bach with its own direct access to Coopers Beach. Rumpty, but comfy, and sitting on a large private section with room for cars and a boat. The bach is very private and quiet. It has magnificent uninterrupted views across Doubtless Bay, and you can walk down to the beach via a private path through the trees in 2 minutes. The bach has a heat pump, heaters and lots of blankets so that it remains cosy at night. We think it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful beach front bungalow situated on Foreshore Road, Ahipara. This modern stylish home away from home faces North towards the start of 90 mile beach. A beautiful safe swimming area is located across the road. Large fenced front lawn is great for kids to play. The front of the house opens up onto the deck and dinning area with an outdoor fireplace for those nights that are a bit chiller. At the end of your night enjoy a bath in the outside bath tub, the perfect way to end your day.

RJ’s on Okahu

Keep it simple at this peaceful and central location in a rural setting only minutes to town & 15 mins to Ahipara. The sleepout is attached to our garage behind our house. A studio design, it has a small fridge, microwave, jug & toaster, cutlery and crockery. We can supply a bbq on request. The bathroom has a shower, vanity & toilet. There is a Queen bed & a large couch which can be made up to accommodate a 3rd person if needed. We have 2 dogs which we will contain and a cat.

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

Open plan living with a great indoor/outdoor flow located in a peaceful setting only a mere 10min walk from 90 Mile Beach. Boasting a large deck with bbq and outdoor seating for those alfresco, summer vibes. Comfy lounge sofas, 65" smart TV to enjoy, at your leisure. Ahipara boasts a height of outdoor activities from surfing the points, fishing, surfcasting and beach walks with incredible sunsets.

Hook, Wine & Sinker

Enjoy a memorable visit in this unit with stunning beach views in the midst of Ahipara, just 15 mins out of Kaitaia. Our guests love the shower pressure, the bed and the cleanliness. The golf club, park, pump track and access to the 90 Mile Beach are all within walking distance. As we are 200m off the beach it’s a perfect stay off the Te Araroa Trail too to rest your feet. Ideally suits 1-2 people but can sleep up to 3 as couch pulls out to a double bed in the lounge

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
