Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Warm and cozy 2 bedroom suite on Hearts Ease Farm. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our valley that is only 15 minutes from downtown Kamloops. Your suite is equipped with everything you require, so you can just drop your bags and relax! If you are travelling with horses, we have 2 corrals available, a round pen, and a full arena. Plus acres and acres of trails across the street. If you like fresh eggs for breakfast, you are more than welcome to pop out to the coop and help yourself!

It has a fully stocked kitchen and perfect for families/groups up to 4, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed. Full sized washer and dryer, check! Pack-n-play, check! Books and games, yes of course! You’ll have your own locked entrance but we are nearby so if you are missing any basics, we are happy to help! Only minutes off the highway in a quiet, new neighborhood!

Our home is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood that is a 20 min walk to Royal Inland hospital, 4 min walk to the city bus stop, and a 6 min drive to downtown for groceries or shopping. If you are needing a place to stay for a tournament, wedding , an early apt at the hospital or just a place to rest our home may be right for you. Kick your shoes off and unwind in this relaxing riverfront one bedroom suite. This is a daylight ground level suite with large bright windows. Westsyde is a lovely community with many family friendly amenities nearby. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, petting zoo, playground, splash pad, bike pump track, disc golf, and a dog park. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs and would love to host you in our home!

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
