Only 5 minutes from town and the beach, this house can offer a quiet vacation in a secluded private estate surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and views of the valley. It can easily accommodate two families or three couples as it comes with 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 separate floors. Lower floor consists of a large TV room with separate sleeping quarters, kitchenette and comfortable full bathroom

Our 4 unique appartments called (ANTHEMIS - NEFELI - IRIDA - ARIADNI) and can provide you a different way of living and enjoying your holidays. We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

Lotus Apartment

A freshly renovated apartment with elegant modern touches, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere-ideal for a relaxing holiday.Perfectly located just 50 meters from the town's central square and main market, the home is within walking disatnce of everything you might need: pharmacy, supermarket, public parking, post office, health centre, bank, taxi, bus station, and the sea. You will find all the essentials for a carefree stay: wifi, a TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

The house is surrounded by olive trees and each area of ​​the house has a different view of the mountain, the endless blue of the sea and the sky, the forest and the village. The tranquility is one of the main features of our accommodation as it is 6 minutes walk from the center of Ormos village.

The Oceanis cottage house sits on a hill overlooking the pelagic south of the village of Koumeika, a stone-built newly built farmhouse set in a 15-acre olive grove on top of a hill overlooking the southern Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. The house because of its surroundings is suitable for agrotourism.
