Once my grandfather's house, now a peacefull and authentic retreat for those seeking beauty simplicity and soul. The house blends serene elegance with a warm, understated charm. The space features clean lines, natural wood tones and soft ambient lighting that creates a calming atmosphere and offers a refined, cozy environment - perfect for guests seeking a thoughtfully designed retreat with a sense of history and heart.

The villa is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea. It is at the top of a very quiet hill it is very private and peaceful place to enjoy your vacations. It is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events ( birthdays, bachelors, yoga - dance - meditation retreats).

In the attic two queen size bedrooms and a comfortable office can accommodate at least 5 guest. On the lower level a large open living area creates a comfortable environment. A private undercover balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Time and worries will melt away by the serenity of this beautiful location.

Each property is ideal for couples and families of up to four people. The whole house can accommodate 8 people. A perfectly maintained 3,500 m² plot awaits you, complete with a lovely pool and panoramic views. Each property has a 30-square-metre terrace overlooking the beautiful, idyllic surroundings. From the pool terrace, you have a view of the sea.
