V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
