Η διακόσμηση και η επίπλωση του έχει γίνει από επεξεργασία παλαιών υλικών και επίπλων από ξύλο και σίδηρο . Διαθέτει υπνοδωμάτιο , ενιαίο χώρο από κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία και σοφίτα, ένα μπάνιο. Επίσης έχει βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στην Νότια Κέρκυρα προς την Αδριατική και το Ιόνιο . Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις απαραίτητες για την εξυπηρέτηση των καθημερινών αναγκών ηλεκτρικές συσκευές .

Agios Mattheos is the closest village and is 10 minutes by car; it has a supermarket, pharmacy, butcher and baker as well as a few cafes and restaurants. The surrounding areas are old olive groves and vineyards.
