Cozy one bedroom apartment in city centar of Subotica. Completely renovated and newly furnished, perfect for a short stay. Private parking inside of the facility is available free of charge. It is located within walking distance from all major city sites and turist attractions. Lake Palic is only 6 kilometers(3.5 mi.)away, with easily accessible motorway connection. Hygiene and hospitality are very important to us. It is our pleasure to welcome you for a comfortable overnight in our apartment.

A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

All famous sights (the city hall, the baroque cathedral, the synagogue, etc.) and the town's best pubs and restaurants are reachable within 5-7 min walk. The studio features clever use of space and has everything you and your partner or friend need to enjoy a relaxing getaway/holiday. It is warm, quiet and peaceful during the night.

The apartment is located across the street from the farmers market, where you can get fresh local ingredient’s (fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat). The city center is 5 minutes away by foot. If you enjoy nature, Dudova suma park is also located 6 minutes away. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Two bedrooms, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The apartment has free WI-Fi, as well as cable TV.

Ha főzni szeretnél akkor pár lépés és a piacon találod magad ahol mindent be tudsz szerezni egy finom ebédhez vagy vacsorához. Ha családdal érkezel a gyermekek is kényelmesen elférnek a tágas külön bejárattal rendelkező szobában.

Családoknak is ideális A falu szélén található vendégház egy hatalmas udvaron helyezkedik el.Az udvarban az óriási fák alatt saját horgásztó,szabadtéri tűzrakóhely, nagy füves területek és egy hangulatos söröző található. Az szálláshely 10 fő elhelyezésére alkalmas. A felső szinten 3 db két ágyas szoba található, mindegyikhez saját tusoló és wc tartozik. A földszinten a közös konyha és a nappali kapott helyet. Itt található még egy külön bejáratú 4 ágyas lakrész.
