Enjoy our newly renovated 200 year old cottage in the desirable village of IDE on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to Exeter city and Quay . Dartmoor , Exmouth ,Shaldon within easy reach . Enjoy a taste of village life with a community shop and 3 pubs with in walking distance there is also a large Sainsbury’s nearby with EV charging. Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

The forest track starts less than 5 minutes walk from your front door, with miles of dog walking or the popular mountain bikes and segway (both of which can be rented) at Haldon Forest. Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

There are many walks to enjoy in the surrounding countryside, then to relax & finish the day off on the balcony watching the sun go down. It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

Cosy Cobb Cottage, nr Exeter - Cherry Tree Cottage

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

A stay in the country

The caravan is situated in a private location, 1 mile from the village of Exminster. The mobile home is sited next door to our house, we like to give you privacy but we are also there to help or ask questions about the local area if you need it. It has its own private decked area and parking directly in front of it. We live on a small holding with lots of great outdoor space in the countryside.
