Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

The church of Panagia is the oldest and most important church of Serifos. Serifos maintains several hiking trails, one of them starts from Panagia towards the beach of Sykamia.

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Walking through the stone-built alleys of Kato Chora, it stands out for its breathtaking view and the yard with the sun-blocking vine. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

'Dyo Sykies' Cycladic Farmhouse

Secluded on the island of Serifos, this hidden gem is dedicated to nature. Relaxing here means becoming one with the island. Walking up to the sound of roosters & cicadas is a chance to unwind from hectic citylife and connect with nature. It took its name from the two figtrees (=dyo sykies in Greek) that are located diametrically from each other and border the estate. If you are lucky you will also enjoy fresh figs during your stay!
