Downtown Brewery Loft

The entire loft is yours, along with a patio. It has on premises parking and your own private entrance. It’s a comfortable, spacious, quiet and unique place. Conveniently located in downtown Kewaunee and walking distance to Lake Michigan and the beautiful harbor. It was built in 1906 as a brewery and renovated in 2008 into a residence, keeping its old charm. It’s a short drive to Door County, Manitowoc and GreenBay. Dogs are allowed. Bathtub is higher than usual, not suitable for disabled.

Lovely cottage-style home. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located house. Walk to the beach in five minutes. Shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment, and arts are less than a mile away. Recreation options abound with the Ahnapee trail and lakeshore close by. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Both shower and bathtub available. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils provided. Multiple TVs throughout house with DVD players. Main TV and Main bedroom also have access to Roku device for use of Netflix. XBox 360 connected to main TV. Space has access to 7 cu ft chest freezer, outdoor propane grill, wood burning fire pit, and ping pong table. House is equipped with softened water and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.
