Very convenient with easy access from the A1079, York Centre is located 3 miles away. Dunnington village is within walking distance with great amenities, a pub, hairdressers, chemist, supermarket & bakery. Hagg Wood is beautiful to visit and is at the end of the lane. The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.
