Atlantic Ocean location with a beautiful ocean view. The beach is private for sunbathing, fishing, diving, and snorkeling. The sea life off the beach is abundant. Watching the boats come in and out of Vaca Cut is very cool. In addition to the onsite pool there is a Tiki Hut, beachside barbecue area, and a beautiful grass lawn. Very few are on a private beach. The unit is very spacious and well kept. Large master closet for storage. A truly magical place "Lagoona-Matata" sits on the edge of Vaca Cut showcasing fabulous views of the Gulf. The outdoor area flows from the patio to the pool deck, private sandy beach, tidal pool and then to the pier dock.
