Ushawishi Kilifi is a rustic 2-bedroom little boutique tower house gem, tucked away in the serene & beautiful Kilifi. Ushawishi is just a 5 min walk from the serene red brick beach on Kilifi creek. It is the perfect place to escape and relax. It is self catering & self service. If you want to hire a chef in during your stay let me know in advance to book him (subject to availability) at an extra cost. We have a strickt NO PARTY policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. Isana House, or "House of the Rising Sun", was designed in a Swahili-style and is positioned to catch the north-east as well as south-east breezes, depending on the time of the year. Furnished comfortably in an uncluttered & simple style, with locally-made Swahili/East African furniture, each bedroom has its own sea facing verandah and bathroom. Our local team (a chef, 2 housekeepers & a gardener) live on site or nearby and they will make your stay memorable. Karibuni sana!

Jungle meets ocean at Figgito - sandwiched between tropical green and the endless blue. Two glass walls open fully to the sea; vines cascade from rafters inside as monstera climb the pillars, blurring the line between in and out. A kilometre of pristine beach waits below at low tide, reached through a private tunnel. Shower by two among palms and watch bush babies feed at dusk. Shaky chic - raw, wonky, entirely functional.
