So many of our neighbours tell us that we have the best property in the area, and we feel the same way. Our 1/2 acre is generally flat and allows for maximum outdoor enjoyment for all. While our suite is cozy, the outdoors is where it's at, and the views are spectacular. You can relax and enjoy the views all day long, or get out to the many provincial parks in the area or Killiney Beach right below us and enjoy the many walks, hikes, waterfalls, beaches, watersports, and historic sites nearby.

This bright & spacious basement suite is close to all amenities and only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are beautiful Quartz countertops throughout the suite, and the kitchen comes very well stocked. The living room has a sectional couch, smart tv, and a 4-piece dining set. In the master there's a king bed, ensuite bath, and a walk-in closet. There is second bedroom and another bathroom as well. Additionally there is in-suite laundry, driveway parking, a BBQ, and shed for storing outdoor gear.

We are located on Oyamas Isthmus between Wood Lake to the south and beautiful Kalamalka Lake to the north. The rail trail is minutes away and is great for walking or cycling and goes right around Wood Lake (Turtle Bay pub is a great stop on this route) as well as along the shore of Kalamalka Lake right into Vernon. There are great hikes, skiing (Big White and Silverstar), mountain biking, golf and vineyards all around and there are buses to Vernon or Kelowna a short walk away

Relax & unwind with a hot tub or game of billiards in the private lounge areas indoor or outdoor. SilverStar & Sovereign Lake are nearby for skiing, snowboarding & snowshoeing. We offer laundry access as well on request.
