A Little Bit of Heaven (SUP 18-007), with recent upgrades and remodeling, is a private guest home. Our community is a custom-home neighborhood. It’s the perfect getaway for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Sierras in a serene setting, with the sounds of Mott Creek, beautiful views of the Carson Valley and Sierra Mountains, and easy access to Lake Tahoe, within a 15-20 minute drive. Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! The county's 13% Occupancy Tax is included in the daily rate.

The "Canyon Loft"

This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes.
