Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. My Husband and I moved to Herefordshire in late 2019 and we love it here. The property is surrounded by farming countryside and yet is just a few minutes in to Leominster & with easy access to beautiful towns all around. A fully self-contained 2 bedroom cottage which is attached to the main house. A fantastic place from which to explore. We are just off the old Hereford Road with plenty of parking. Cows and sheep roam the fields around us, and there are cowsheds behind us for Winter use.

The Studio in Priory Wood is a recently converted separate outbuilding next to our home which offers complete privacy and has a spacious, light interior tastefully furnished in a retro style. The Studio is 3 miles outside the beautiful town of Hay on Wye, on the northern edge of the Brecon Beacons and famous for its bookshops and annual literature, music and walking festivals as well as a host of charming independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a cinema and weekly farmers market.
