This stylish 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment offers stunning views of the alps. Come stay somewhere very comfortable, with epic views in a location where locals live, eat and drink! This stylish 3 bedroom apartment offers great views of the alps from the living and dining area. Besides the epic views the apartment comes with everything you need for a great stay. On the days you dont go to the mountains we have built in a counter with epic views where you can either sit back with with a coffee and chat of if need be catch up on emails, social media etc. Separate toilet and shower rooms help with those morning starts and a washer and drier means losing a lot less time doing non-fun activities. The dining area consists of a large 8 person burnt wood dining table with lovely views of the Alps. For those nights you dont dine out locally, the kitchen with stone bench top is western styled with everything needed to make great meals including a full size oven. The living area has two inviting leather couches, fluffy rug and a 60" flat screen TV with Netflix etc for those times that you want to chill with a movie or catch up one the latest Orange is the New Black etc. A built in HDMI allows you to screen that day's GoPro footage or your current edit in addition to any other media on your laptop. If you want to listen to your own music there is a nice JBL/Harmon Bluetooth speaker. There is of course free wifi and we have selected books from our private library for you to check out and also some board games to keep everyone entertained when not on the mountain. The apartment is very easy to get to and feels relaxed partially due to the underfloor heating for winter and aircon and fans for summer. With the high end fitout and stunning views this apartment suits short and longer stays. Whole apartment and garden in non-winter months. Greeting you at check in and check out, this is a self contained apartment and we will do all we can to ensure you have a great holiday. Understanding you will want limited contact with us, the apartment is fully equipped with just about all you need from a retail perspective being within a short walk including a supermarket, ATM etc. In addition an information booklet we have prepared is provided within the apartment detailing our favorite restaurants, bars and other suggested service provider information including shuttle bus timetables. If you need more assistance you can contact us using the details provided in the information provided within the apartment and we will do all we can to help. This a non smoking apartment so please note if you smoke inside you will be charged ¥50,000. The security deposit will be returned as cash on checkout. Should you want a bank transfer all fees etc will be at your cost.

The communal built in seating in the dining\kitchen area lends its self to comfortable fun times with family and friends; this is not your typical Hakuba self contained apartments that are tight and restricted on space.

Mojo Apartment is central located on a quiet wooded hill in the middle of Happo village. It is a 600 metre walk to the Happo-one Gondola, 2km to Iwatake Mountain Bike Park and a 300 metre walk to Happo information centre. Mojo Apartment boasts a large patio area with a BBQ and bike wash facilities. This garden apartment is in a nice and quiet location and is a great spot to telework. Please let us know if you would like a early checkin as sometimes this is okay.

There is also a lovely apres bar in the building just for our guests. Our beds are super comfortable and you can set up the room with either a large King bed (180cm X 200cm) or two single beds. The apartment is super warm in winter due to the brand new hydronic heating system. We have a wonderful ski drying room.
