Nature Lovers’ and Birders’ Red Bluff River Haven

A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). Located on the beautiful Smith River*. Fully furnished. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Spacious living room with large windows providing beautiful views of the the river. Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, ironing board/iron, washer and dryer. Wifi, Roku with streaming channels (bring your login info for Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc). * river is not accessible from the home however there is access about 1 mile down the road. Please do not try to access river from our property.
