A 120 sqm large house with three double bedrooms,, a large kitchen/livingarea. In the kitchen you have a stowe with two cookingzones ans well as a barbeque for lovely seafood or meatdishes. Only 30 meters to our private beach, fantastic for children and adults alike. Two terraces to entertain outdoors, and two modern bathrooms, one with a washingmashine to freshen up your chlothes. The house is fully equipped. We have wireless fibre broadband and a 40 inch TV with a Playstation for the kids.

Swimming pool 30m from the house, free access. I pay a rental per month to let my guests access swimming pool (not at night). one of the last real house on the sea in this side of Koh Chang.
