The outside area with pergola and barbecue is open for sharing. Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation.

The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Geniesse ein paar Tage in unserer kleinen und gemütlichen Wohnung mit Kochnische, eigenem Garten, Gartensitzplatz und Parkplatz in der Nähe des Flughafens Zürich in Kloten. (Beachte den Fluglärm!) Die Wohnung liegt in einem Einfamilienhausquartier. Es hat keine Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Bus bist du in 5 Minuten in Kloten und in 10 Minuten am Zürich-Flughafen.
