The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται στο χωριό Συνετι, συγκεκριμένα στη πλαγιά προς την ομώνυμη παραλια με την εκπληκτική θέα στο Αιγαίο. Απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά από την πρωτεύουσα του νησιού την Αρχοντική Χωρα της Ανδρου και 20 λεπτά από τον παραδοσιακό Όρμο Κορθιου. Επίσης στα 5 λεπτά βρίσκεται η είσοδος του φαραγγιού των Διποταμάτων με τους παλιούς νερομυλους και το πέτρινο γεφύρι. Τέλος στα 2 λεπτά βρίσκεται η πανέμορφη παραλία Συνετί με τα γαλαζοπρασινα νερά εκεί όπου γυρίστηκε η ταινία "Μικρά Αγγλία"

Captain's House

Traditional captains house restored with love and care only with traditional and ecological materials. The house has two units, we live upstairs and downstairs there is a self standing apartment with a double bed a sofa kitchen, bathroom and a terrace for exclusive use of guests and access to the garden. No Tv, no internet, no air conditioning. On request we provide breakfast and dinner. We are 4 minutes away (by foot) from the sea, the bars and restaurants of our small village.

Fisherman's sea side villa

The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.
