Villa is within 30 minutes drive of the most popular tourist attractions(Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Motovun). Nearest airiport is in Pula, about 40 km away. Villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, and is equipped for comfortable stay for 6 guests.

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

We have a private parking in our courtyard, which is very rare in the city centre. Cozy and comfortable, the apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 and features a double bedroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, air conditioning and wifi. You will love it.
