Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.
