All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa Lia is a gem located in the centre of Koper. Have you ever dreamed when you wake up you could just jump in to the sea and return in the shade of your house few steps away? Here you can do just that. Vicinity of the beach, an old town centre, shops and the main promenade is locating you in the centre of happening in Koper. This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
