K dispozícii je veľká spálňa, obývačka s kuchyňou a kúpeľňa. Rannú kávu si môžete pokojne vychutnať aj na balkóne s výhľadom na zeleň. V byte sa pokojne vyspia 4 osoby pomocou rozkladacieho gauču v obývačke. K bytu je už od 15.5. 2023 vyhradené parkovacie miesto. Hostia môžu využiť vstup do Ria wellness s 15% zľavou.

There are plenty of renstaurants & bars within 7 minutes walk from the flat. Our guests can use fully high end equipt apartment with open plan kitchen-living room and the astonishing view of Košice centre from the 4th floor terrace. Enjoy.

Room has separate bathroom with toilet, separate entrance, russian, english and german speaking hosts. There is double bed in the upper part of the room. There are sofa bed, small table, desk with chair and wardrobe in the lower part of the room. There is kitchen corner next to the room with small refrigerator, cooker and basic equipment. Free Wi-Fi is available. Windows are opened to silent court. Check in and check out time is possible to adapt :-)

Some of our apartments include private parking, but this particular one unfortunately does not.
